Saleng Sisavath of Fresno. A judge has issued an arrest warrant for a probation violation related to a felony domestic violence charge.
In September 2016, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic violence call at a farm located near Shields and Indianola Avenues in Sanger. Saleng Sisavath, a known methamphetamine using, was working on the land with his girlfriend when he became upset with her for no apparent reason. Sisavath punched her in the face and struck her body several times, leaving her bruised and bloodied. Once Sisavath left, she call 911 for help. Deputies searched the area and found Sisavath at a nearby home. They arrested him and booked him into the Fresno County Jail. He spent five weeks in jail and was released as part of a probationary agreement.
He is 45 years old, Asian, 5’5”, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
