Tereso Sereno of Fresno.  A judge has issued an arrest warrant for committing lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.

In 2015, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home in Fresno and took a report from a child who said they had been the victim of sexual acts committed by Tereso Sereno.  Sex crimes detectives took over the case and began an extensive investigation, which dated back several years.  Detectives obtained evidence to show Sereno had committed the alleged crimes.  They have not been able to locate him and are now seeking the public’s help to arrest him.

Sereno is 36 years old, 5’6”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and long black hair.  He also has a mustache.
