Henry Ceja. A judge issued active arrest warrants related to his failure to obey court orders as a juvenile.

In addition to his outstanding arrest warrants, Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives would like to speak with Henry Ceja.  He is considered to be a person of interest in an ongoing homicide investigation where 49 year old Rafael Garcia was killed.  This occurred sometime between the night of July 12, 2016 and morning of July 13, 2016.  Garcia was found lying on the ground outside of a home which serves as part of a farm labor camp.  It is located on South Blythe Avenue, between Raisin City and Caruthers.

Henry Ceja is 18 years old.  He is described as 5’8”, 190 lbs. with brown eyes and collar length black hair.  He has a tattoo of “559” on his neck, a tattoo of a dot on his right forearm and three dots on this left forearm.  Ceja is a self-admitted gang member.
