Juan Rojas-Aguilar of Fresno. An arrest warrant has been issued for a probation violation related to a spousal abuse charge.
Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home near Clinton and Sierra Vista Avenues in Fresno for a report of domestic violence. Deputies discovered Juan Rojas-Aguilar got into an argument with his girlfriend, pushed her to the ground, wrapped a piece of material around her neck and tried choking her. She was able to get away and call the Sheriff’s Office for help.
Deputies arrived and arrested Rojas-Aguilar. He spent 4 ½ months in the Fresno County Jail and was released with a probation agreement after serving his time. He has since violated that probation agreement.
Juan Rojas-Aguilar is 34 years old, 5’11”, 195 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on both arms.
