Francisco Alvarez of Fresno.  A felony arrest warrant has been issued for elder abuse.

In January, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call regarding a 68 year old man who had been beaten up.  Deputies learned that the victim had gone to his granddaughter’s home and asked her boyfriend Francisco Alvarez, aka Frankie, to leave the house.  Alvarez left, but returned moments later and punched the man in his head, causing a serious eye wound.  Alvarez then drove away in a car.  Deputies were never able to find him.

Francisco Alvarez is 20 years old, 5’7”, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
