David Gutierrez Perez of Calwa. A judge has issued an arrest warrant for lewd or lascivious acts with a child.

Detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Sex Crimes Unit are searching for David Perez. In July, they received a report from a woman who said Perez had inappropriately touched her daughter. Detectives learned that this behavior had been happening for several years, but the little girl was scared to tell anyone about it. She eventually told her mom, who then called law enforcement. Since taking the report, detectives have been unable to find Perez.

David Perez is 43 years old. He is 5’6”, 170 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair. He has not been seen in the local area for quite some time and there is a belief he may have fled to Mexico.
