Luke Anthony Franco of Selma.  A judge has issued an arrest warrant for a probation violation related to an assault with a deadly weapon charge.

In February 2016, Luke Franco was at a home on 6th Street in Kingsburg, drinking beer with a woman he knows.  They got into an argument once Franco began to accuse her of taking his cell phone.  Franco grabbed an aluminum baseball bat and hit the woman in the face.  Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the hospital.  They spoke with the victim and launched an investigation.  Deputies developed information which lead them to find Franco at a home on the 39000 block of Road 16 in Kingsburg.  He was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail.  He spent six months in jail and was released after serving his time.  Franco later made a probationary agreement and has since violated the terms of his probation.

He is 24 years old, 5’9”, 190 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.  He may have a mustache and goatee.
